Holiday Prize Draw
Rules and Regulations
1. Eligibility: The Connected prize draw giveaway is open to companies who have been sent an invite and attend the Degree Show night on the 5th June 2009. All entrants must be over the age of 18.
2. Sponsor: The Giveaway is sponsored by Lower Normandy Gites.
3. Entry Period: The giveaway has one entry period on the Degree Show night (5th June 2009) this is between 6pm – 8pm.
4. Entry: During the entry period, employees from the attending companies will put their business card, or fill out a piece of paper stating who they are and what company they work for. The individual employee will win the Giveaway, not the company. A company can have up to five individual entries from employees.
5. Drawings: The draw will take place on Friday 5th June 2009 at the Connected Degree Show. This will be done by Sarah Humphreys at approximately 8pm.
6. Prizes: The prize is a 7 night’s stay for up to 4 people at the Lower Normandy Gites, Northern France. This prize is accommodation only. Please see www.lowernormandygites.co.uk to see what is included in a week’s stay.
7. General Conditions: Although unlikely, this prize maybe withdrawn at any time. In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Giveaway is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the Giveaway in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
